To apply for the Ordinary Rwanda East African Community (EAC) Electronic Passport, please go through Irembo (www.irembo.gov.rw) → Foreign Affairs Consular Services → Issuance of recommendation letter for Diplomatic and Service E-Passport

After submitting your application and paying the required fees through the Irembo portal, a notification email will be sent within 3 business days. Then, make an appointment to visit the Embassy during working hours to submit your Biometric data.
