Please email: consularserviceseoul@embassy.gov.rw to request for Emergency Temporary Travel Document. The email request must include explaining to why the applicant needs this emergency document issued in details. 

Once the application's been submitted, the Embassy will be in contact with the applicant. 

The following are the required documents to submitted in person at the Embassy and be included in for Emergency Temporary Travel Document:

• Indicating the full physical and postal address, phone number, e-mail address and occupation.
• Copy of the old Rwandan Passport [only personal information page] or the Rwandan National ID Card
• Flight Itinerary returning to Rwanda
• Valid Residence Card [ARC] if applicable or any legal identification document, valid Visa or Departure order
• Recently taken colored passport-size photo (with clearly seen ears and cheeks from the front view and white background)
