Apply and upload all documents through Irembo (www.irembo.gov.rw) → Criminal Record And Investigation → Criminal Record Certificate or Criminal Investigation Clearance Certificate 

Once the application's been submitted, the Embassy will be in contact with the applicant. 

The following are required documents to submit in person at the Embassy for Criminal Record Certificate :

• Passport Copy (when you were/are in Rwanda)
• Copy of Visa (when you were/are in Rwanda)
• Proof of Registration
• Passport Photo
• Passport Copy
• Copy of Visa 

The following are required documents to submit in person at the Embassy for Criminal Investigation Clearance Certificate :

• Certificate of Good Conduct
• Passport Photo
• Passport Copy (required if a passport ID is used)
• Other Supporting Documents (if needed)
