Apply and upload all documents through Irembo (www.irembo.gov.rw) → Family → Birth Services 

The following are required documents to submit in person at the Embassy for Birth Certificate and Registration :

• Request Letter signed by Parents (both father and mother)
• Birth Certificate of newborn child issued by the Hospital and signed by the Physician
• Original and Notarized Copy of the Marriage Certificate of Parents 
• Rwandan National ID Cards of Parents 
• Valid Passports of Parents 
• Valid Residence Cards of Parents (formerly ARC)

※ For Birth Registration of Birth Certificate issuance, Parents shall visit the Embassy with 2 witnesses to sign on the register
